STUDIO 6 POLICIES
The staff at Studio 6 Specialty Linen & Decor believes in making the client thrilled in their choice to use Studio 6. We strive to go above and beyond from the initial meeting to the attention to detail on set up.
OUR POLICIES
Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date on our calendar. The balance and final count is due one week prior to delivery.
Cancellation Policy:
20% of deposit is non-refundable if cancelled prior to 90 days before delivery.
Loss/Damage:
Customer assumes responsibility for all lost or damaged items, such as from candle wax, burns, mildew. Note: most foods or wine stains are rarely a problem.
Linen bags are provided for return. Do not put damp or wet linen in linen bags overnight as mildew will set in.
